SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS ground, our delivery truck or common carrier. Next day air and 2nd day air service is available. Seeds can be shipped year round to any location.

WARRANTY
Summit Seed, Inc. warrants only to the extent of the purchase price that the seed sold is of the specified quality when shipped, and is true to name as labeled within recognized tolerances. Summit Seed provides no other or further warranty, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise which would extend beyond such descriptions stated. Any claims for errors involving shortage, variance in grade, type, variety and or species, damage during shipment, or omission must be made in writing by the purchaser within ten (10) days of receiving the order. Liability shall be limited to replacement or refund of purchase price. By acceptance of the seeds and or shipped goods, the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein described are conditions of sale and that they constitute the entire agreement between Summit Seed and Purchaser regarding warranty or any other liability.
