| SOIL SAMPLING
SUPPLIES |

Soil testing "Packs" consisting
of soil sample bags, test request forms and return address
labels are available from Summit Seed, Inc. Other sampling
supplies are also available; see supplies order form for descriptions
and cost.

| TAKING SAMPLES |
|
Instructions for taking soil, water or tissue
samples can be provided over the phone or via fax. Our Test
Request Forms provide detailed sampling instructions.

| SENDING
SAMPLES |
|
Soil samples DO NOT need to be dried first.
Ship bagged samples in our large bag along with the TOP COPY
of the TEST REQUEST FORM via a parcel service or regular mail.

| TURNAROUND
TIME |
|
Results for routine soil and analyses will
be mailed within 12 working days after receipt by Summit Seed,
Inc. Media, water and tissue analysis results take 10-14 days.

| SAMPLE STORAGE |
|
Soil and media samples are held in storage
for a period of 4 weeks. Additional tests can be requested
on these samples if needed.

| REPORT STORAGE |
|
Test information is stored on computer or
hard copy for a period of one year.
|
| INVOICING/TERMS |
|
Invoices for routine soil testing are generated
at the end of each month. Terms of payment are net 30 days.
There is a finance charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding
balances. Fees subject to change without notice.
